What cloud services does Fileio support?

Currently Google Drive. iCloud access is available through the native iOS file picker.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Fileio does not upload your files to any server. Cloud integrations use secure OAuth authentication.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Fileio → Settings → Restore Purchases.

Google Sign-in isn't working. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fileio. Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
