Website traffic measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand basic page traffic, such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device and browser category, and visit timing. We use this information to understand which public pages are useful and to improve them.

Privacy-oriented configuration

Outside the interactive automation demo, the site's Google tag is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied, Google advertising signals disabled, and no advertising personalization. We do not send names, email addresses, account IDs, document contents, payment information, or other information that directly identifies you to Google Analytics.

Optional automation demo analytics

On the interactive automation demo, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. We measure demo visits, successful sample processing, a small set of sample outcome categories, and clicks on the email contact link. These clicks do not tell us whether an email was sent. We do not send the inquiry ID, name, email, request text, CSV contents, or raw errors entered or displayed in the demo. We send a fixed page address and only predefined campaign labels, not arbitrary URL query values or referring page addresses. Google also receives standard browser/device and connection information when analytics runs.

Analytics cookies are enabled only for visitors who allow this optional measurement; advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. The demo remembers your choice locally for up to 90 days. You can change it using Privacy choices on the demo. Turning analytics off reloads the demo and clears the current sample session. It stops future demo analytics but does not erase information already sent to Google. Previously created cookies can be removed using your browser's site-data settings. Declining analytics does not restrict the demo. This does not add analytics to ClearSpace or any other JonnyLab mobile app.
