Why won't an arrow move?

An arrow can only leave when every square between its tip and the edge of the board is empty. Another arrow or a gray stone in the way blocks it.

What do the numbers on gray arrows mean?

That arrow is frozen. The number is how many other arrows still have to leave the board, anywhere on it, before it thaws.

What do the padlock and key badges mean?

From level 101, a block with a padlock can move only after the block carrying the key with the same letter has left the board.

Why is there no sound?

Sound follows the silent switch, so check that silent mode is off and the volume is up. Sound effects and music each have a switch in Settings. Music does not start while another app is playing audio.

Can I get stuck?

No. Every board can be cleared, and no move makes a board unsolvable. The Hint button highlights an arrow that can leave.

When does the daily puzzle change?

At midnight UTC, at the same moment for everyone.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device only. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and it does not sync between devices.

What do tips unlock?

Nothing. The whole game is free. Tips are an optional way to support development. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
